Kids say the funniest things

I signed Isabelle up for a program at the library to make Christmas ornaments this morning. When she woke up I said "Do you want to go to the library for your program." And this is what she said, "You mean with Miss Piggy." Matt and I just cracked up because we have tried to explain to her several times that the library ladys name is Miss Peggy not Miss Piggy. I guess Belly likes the name Miss Piggy better though. Well got to go get her ready to see Miss Piggy, I mean Peggy. Have a blessed day.

Winter has Arrived

Winter has arrived!!! The kids were really excited to wake up to the snow yesterday morning. Then brainy me decided that we would do a picture for Christmas cards in the snow. My kids were not too excited about that idea. But we still got a few good pictures so that is okay.

These other two pictures are pictures that Belly and I drove all the way home and got our camera and drove back to take because it was just way too pretty to not get a picture of it. The picture really just doesn't give it justice at all. There was what looked like steam coming off of the water (I'm not a science student either. I guess you can tell that.) and the ice on the trees looked oh so pretty. If it is going to be cold then we may as well have snow. God is so good!!!

My Mother-in-Law: Suanne

My Mother-in-Law came to visit this last weekend.

We had a good time going out to eat at Golden Corral one night, the kids opened their Christmas presents from her on Sunday at Grandma Mosson's house, and then on Monday we ate at White Castles for dinner. It was a very busy weekend but it was really nice to see her again. It seems she is doing well and that is always good news. Since she lives so far away we often wonder if things are going okay for her.

Anyway, she is always excited to see all of her grandkids and wants a picture taken with her and all of them. This is the picture from this weekend.

I'm off to go to small groups. Which is going very well by the way. I need to write more about that too.....
