Hot Chocolate and Coloring Easter Eggs should not go together.....
It has been so cold outside but it is Easter time my favorite holiday. So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work coloring those boiled eggs. Okay, okay I know you don't have to color eggs anymore cause you can go buy those bright plastic eggs. However I love coloring Easter eggs! It's a tradition I don't plan on quiting. I love seeing the colors, I love seeing the faces, I love seeing the creativity....I just love it! We had a lot of fun....
Isabelle is trying out our new toy for the year....It's a spinner. You put the dye in. Push the button and the eggs spins around in the color.

Cody really liked the spinner...It made some pretty cool looking eggs.

Isabelle writing on her egg....She wrote, "I love Jesus" on one of her eggs. It makes me happy that my kids are learning the true meaning of Easter and still get to enjoy the fun of it all too.
My "all grown up" boy joined in the fun with us. I love it that he still wants to do the fun stuff in life.

We put oil in the dye this year to make the eggs marble like....I'm not too sure I care for the oil in the dye though.

I really liked the color of green Cody got on this egg. Not sure which two colors he picked but it sure made for a pretty egg. I think this is the egg he wrote family on. I love that family is so important to him. He always loves to be doing something with his family.
Austin showing off his art work too. Austin always tries the unusual or different creative stuff to see what he can come up with. He usually turns out some pretty cool eggs too.
Another pretty green....Maybe I just like green. LOL

One of my personal favorites.....The one my hubby made says...."I love my wife." He really is sweet. (Most of the time anyway. LOL)

Zhu Zhu Pet City
Isabelle has so much fun with these little critters. She has connected several of her zhu zhu sets together. It has become quite a little city of it own. It's basicly like a little hamster world except you don't have to feed these little critters. So I guess it's way better then a real hamster if you ask me.
She has a pizza place, a beauty parlor, a tree house, a dance floor.....well you get the point. It's just a lot of fun all connected together. Just watching the little things run back and forth and making their silly little sounds is pretty neat.
I must confess Isabelle is not the only one that has gotten some entertainment out of them either. I actually enjoy playing with the silly things too....LOL.
I just enjoy watching her relaxing in her room playing with her toys. It's a lot of fun to play with her too when I get time.
