Sorry .....and Cody had a Birthday!!!

I see by the title that it sounds like I'm sorry Cody had a birthday. That is not it at all. I'm glad Cody had a birthday given the alternative. No, what I'm sorry about is the fact that I Don't Have Time to Blog right now. I haven't even been on the Internet for over a week. I guess that could be good depending on how you look at it. But I'm down right scared to check my email. (For those of you who know about Fly Lady, imagine all the emails I have from her. Good thing I have a delete button.) Anyway, I can't promise lots of blogging for now but I will be trying to blog once in a while so please keep checking in. You may get surprised.

Well anyway as for Cody's birthday...... our boy is now eight years old. Sure is hard to believe. Cody is a totally awesome boy. He is after all my baby that I didn't have to labor for. Just by loving his daddy I got a very special one year old baby boy to love too! I can be guaranteed several hugs a day from Cody and several "I love you mommy". Which really means will you please stop what your doing and give me some attention. But that is okay because he is a very loving and sweet boy and I'm still learning how to do this stop what I'm doing bit ( with all my family not just him). Cody is also my big helper around here. Now don't get me wrong the other two help too (because I make them) but Cody hardly ever complains. As a matter of fact he actually volunteers lots of times. So...You see this boy...with no labor pains, lots of hugs, lots of help, and lots of love I would not trade for anything.

Cody will be a very special man when he grows up. I know right now he thinks of things to do that I would have never thought of doing. Maybe he'll be a inventor of some great invention or something cool like that I really don't know. Whatever he becomes I pray that he will be a Christian inventor, Christian lawyer, Christian doctor, Christian husband, Christian father, ........ I'm sure you get the point.

I wish I were good with words but I'm really not and it is five in the morning (I just woke up and couldn't go back to sleep) so I should probably try to go back to bed now. Ta Ta for now.
